Job Title: Regional Maintenance Technician Level II
Location: Santa Maria, CA (Primary site, with 3040% travel to Central CA facilities)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Auto allowance and mileage reimbursement

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Regional Maintenance Technician to support and maintain packaging and converting equipment across multiple sites. This role is critical in ensuring machinery runs efficiently, safely, and at peak performance, minimizing downtime while maintaining product quality.

What Youll Do:

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair packaging and converting machinery.

Set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment for production readiness.

Resolve technical issues including folding, gluing, and case erector operations.

Manage work orders and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

Optimize equipment performance to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency.

Follow safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards including GMP and HACCP.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience.

Experience with machinery setup and troubleshooting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Flexible with work hours and shifts.

Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Travel Requirements:

3040% travel to surrounding sites, with mileage reimbursed and an auto allowance provided.
