The Kitchen Host is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, including dishes, flatware and related equipment. Ensure the kitchen is clean, orderly and sanitized. Prepare quality food in a safe and efficient manner complying with proper food handling techniques.

• Prepare all food items in accordance with Hyatt Brand standards.
• Greets guests and monitors the dining area during mealtime to ensure adequate supplies and that guest needs are met.
• Follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
• Bus tables and interact with guests.
• Operate dish machine and sanitizer station in the prescribed manner according to standards.
• Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dining room, throughout the shift.
• Maintains inventory of food and utensils. Perform any additional tasks requested by management.
