- Assembles and prepares all fried foods. Assist with preparation of specialty sandwiches.
- Prepares all bread, potato side items, and gravy.
- Washes all items needed in preparing foods. Assist cook in delivering food items to cafeteria.
Education and Experience:
- Prefer High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Prefer 1-year experience in institutional food service cooking
- Prefer Diet Technician certification
