Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply and flow of all equipment required for a department.
  • Prepare Business Class Tray Setup equipment for all airlines and distribute it to each station as required.
  • Transfer equipment items as necessary between locations.
  • Pick up and return carts, trays, and ovens to designated areas.
  • Report any issues with the food safety management system to the manager and hygiene/food safety team.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
  • Follow all company guidelines regarding goods handling. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals while maintaining food safety compliance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Food Production Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry within a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pulling, or pushing up to 50lb.
  • Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments
  • Proactive, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to manage a substantial workload while maintaining efficiency.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with business needs.
