Food Prep Worker

Under general supervision of Food Service Manager perform duties including receiving, inventory, and food preparation.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Positive interpersonal dynamic
• Excellent inventory skills
• Adept at basic food handling
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
• Commitment to teamwork

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Prior hospital experience a plus

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

License/Certification:

• Serv-Safe or equivalent
• Allergen Certificate
