We are seeking a dedicated and service-driven Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is primarily focused on managing the floor during service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the dining room during service, acting as the primary floor manager to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest interactions.
- Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to monitor and manage labor, operational costs, and other controllable expenses.
- Assist with ordering and managing operational supplies and beverage inventory.
- Support front-of-house training initiatives to ensure staff are well-prepared and knowledgeable.
- Uphold and enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide feedback and support to the front-of-house team to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings, team development, and ongoing service training.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional guest service focus with a hands-on, floor-oriented management style.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of inventory and labor management is a plus.
