Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server at Akiro Chicago, you will play a key role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service, deep menu knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional table service and ensure a memorable guest experience

• Communicate menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to guests accurately

• Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure timely service

• Collaborate with FOH and BOH team members to maintain smooth operations

• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service stations

Qualifications:

• Previous fine-dining or high-volume restaurant experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
