Cafe Sushi Shoten Team Member

Cafe Sushi Shoten has a specialty shop offering grab-and-go sushi, premium sake, Japanese beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and unique Japanese pantry items. Were looking for a full-time team member to join our small but dynamic team and help us provide an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role

As part of our Shoten team, youll work closely with our designated takeout team member to:

• Hand off completed orders to delivery drivers and in-house guests.
• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Stock and merchandise our retail products.
• Label and track grab-and-go sushi selections.
• Offer sake samples to interested guests (must be 21+).
• Maintain a clean and inviting counter space where guests enjoy their food.

Schedule

• We are open TuesdaySaturday.
• Opening shifts begin at 11:00 AM; closing shifts finish around 9:30 PM.

Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• 18+ (required for serving alcohol).
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a plus, but were happy to train the right person.
