Roots Ocean Prime in Darien is currently seeking back-waiters/food runners that will exceed our guests expectations by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service!

GOALS

• To provide the highest quality service to guests at all times
• Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
• To promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment.
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times
• To properly execute all necessary steps of service
• Respond positively to any requests.
• Assisting servers by delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Refilling water glasses and other beverages.
• Providing support during peak service hours.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Ensuring side stations are stocked and clean.
• Removing trash
