Mediterranean/Italian Restaurant Seeking Full-Time Head Bartender

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced full-time Head Bartender to join our team at a Mediterranean/Italian restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be:

- Creative and skilled in mixology, with the freedom to design and develop unique cocktails.

- Knowledgeable and passionate about Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, wines, and culture.

- Well-groomed, energetic, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

- Proven bartending experience, preferably in a similar upscale environment.

- Strong understanding of European/Mediterranean wines and spirits.

- Ability to lead and collaborate with the front-of-house team.
