THE JOB:
As a Lounge Server, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional beverage service by promptly expediting guests drink orders while supporting overall lounge operations. You will deliver attentive beverage and bus service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.1045 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Complete opening side duties and maintain a clean, fully stocked station

• Understand liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, and garnishes

• Enter and verify orders in the system with the Bartender

• Provide information on hotel services, features, and local attractions

• Resolve guest concerns within scope; escalate to management or Security as needed

• Complete Restaurant Training Program and required testing

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience as a Cocktail and/or Food Server in a similar environment

• Experience working in a similar resort setting

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
