Hey folks! We are a locally owned and operated drive-through coffee stand offering a variety of yummy and unique breakfast and lunch options.
We're looking for a MATURE, HARDWORKING, and FAST person who is positive, super FRIENDLY, takes pride in their work, and can move like a bat out of hell.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be able to follow SPECIFIC written and verbal standard operating procedures. Were particular about being consistent for our customers:)
-Must have open availability M-F working a combination of opening and closing shifts based on business needs. An occasional weekend coverage may be needed to help cover for team members. Our shifts currently run from apx 6:45am-11:00am and 11:00am - 2pm + apx 1 hour of cleanup afterwards. Candidates need to consistently work a minimum of four shifts per week.
-Preference will be given to those having worked in a high-volume Coffee establishment.
-Enjoy kitchen work, including food prep and cooking.
-Must be able to work with lightning quick speed during rushes while paying strong attention to detail and accuracy, all while being friendly and positive!
- Flexibility for frequent time off is limited, so excellent attendance and punctuality is a must.
-Be able to attain a Washington Food Handlers Permit.
-Be able to stand, walk, bend, for up to 9 hours a day as well as carry and maneuver items that weight from 30- 50lbs and still have the stamina and grit to be able to clean and mop afterwards!
- Must be a team player and be able to get along well with a diverse set of personalities and backgrounds.
-Be able to take their work seriously, but not themselves.
WAGE: Minimum wage + Tips (after training).
