Our client is a leader in luxury branding, and they strive to make the best products in their industry. This company is one of the fastest-growing consumer brands in the world! Currently, they are looking to add a Customer Experience Representative to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for providing white glove service to customers. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative:

  • Answer inbound emails/calls/chats regarding order requests.
  • Enter orders accurately and follow up on order status.
  • Staying updated with product specifications to provide clients with proper guidance.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved promptly.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Representative:

  • Previous customer service experience, retail is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in home decor and/or fashion is a plus.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Representative:

  • Willing to commute and work weekend/evening hours.
  • Outgoing and people-focused.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
