Job Duties and Responsibilities- Thoroughly clean and disinfect assigned areas including walls, floors, furniture, medical equipment, restrooms, and patient rooms.
- Handle routine, repetitive tasks with attention to detail and safety, ensuring minimal disruption to patients and staff.
- Follow established protocols and work under supervision while maintaining a quiet and timely workflow.
- Be flexible to train and rotate between multiple district facilities such as clinics, hospital, and administrative offices.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred; hospital-based experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Strong reading comprehension and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Competence in operating common cleaning tools and equipment.
This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and carrying items weighing up to 35 pounds, and occasional exposure to biohazardous materials. Normal vision, hearing, and speech capabilities are necessary, with or without corrective devices.
