THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: As a Porter, you'll be the first touchpoint for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our communitieshelping create an inviting atmosphere for residents and guests. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Daily Cleanliness: Maintain common areas, lobbies, hallways, and amenities to the highest standard. Light Maintenance: Assist with basic maintenance tasks like painting, minor repairs, and unit turnover support. Groundskeeping: Keep outdoor spaces neat and ensure trash is managed efficiently. Resident Support: Provide friendly assistance to residents and support the maintenance team as needed. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-oriented. Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Schedule: MWF 8am - 4pm and Saturday and Sunday 10a-1p YOUR BACKGROUND: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. Strong communication skills. WHY JOIN US?
