TEKsystems is currently hiring a Bank Teller/Greeter in the Albuquerque area! Job Description: To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services the client offers, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To greet members into the branch and direct the flow of branch traffic. Experience 1-3 years of relevant cash handling experience Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email Good communication skills - de-escalation, remaining calm under pressure, listening Experience providing face to face customer service Responsibilities Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loans, overdraft protection,n and credit card applications Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration Perform platform banking functions Greet members into the branch and direct flow of traffic Hours: MUST be available Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am-2:00pm.
