Guest Service Associate

Guest Service Associate needed for Station Park Shopping Center. Greet guests and handle information services for visitors. Assist with event set up and management. Help the marketing team with website updates, job postings and basic administrative duties. .

Greet and assist guests at various events, providing information about shopping, dining and Station Park amenities. Actively engage with visitors to enhance their experience and answer questions. Promote upcoming events and activities, encouraging participation and community involvement. Collaborate with event staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. . Assist marketing team with special projects.

Minimum 1 years of customer service experience preferably in a hospitality or event setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work evening and weekend shifts.. Strong problem solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. As passion for community engagement and creating memorable experiences for others. Basic Microsoft Office skills appreciated.
