Fresh Food Operations Team Member II

Operate production equipment.

1. Setup, operate and dissemble production equipment.
2. Perform daily product changeovers and minor equipment maintenance.
3. Review daily orders and finished product inventory.
4. Complete and maintain production records.
5. Assemble RTE food items.
6. Feeding - Place ingredients on conveyors for assembly.
7. Cup Line placing ingredients, packaging, labeling and packing
8. Understand production orders and inventory quantities.
9. Supply production with ingredient needs.
10. Understand ingredient product specifications (case count, quantity, slacking requirements, shelf life requirements, code dating, prep requirements).
11. Understand and accurately record lot/date code information for each ingredient.
12. Ensure ingredients are within code during use.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience

• No experience required
• Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• None required

Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):

• Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)
• Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
• Foodservice equipment such as slicers, knives, etc.
