Job DetailsLine cooks are needed at Tribeca's highly regarded fine dining Korean restaurant. We are one of Tribeca's most exciting destination for haute cuisine, focused on increasing our reputation for quality food and service.
- General knowledge of cooking techniques, equipment and safe food handling procedures is required.
- 1 year of experience in fine dining (Michelin star rated preferred) is required.
- We seek a friendly, open-minded team member with a passion for cooking.
- A T eam player is a must.
- Reliability is a must.
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine and flavors is a plus.
- New hires will be trained and will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant's needs from prep to service duties, in addition to standard cleaning duties.
