The Amenities Runner is responsible for delivering guest amenities, supplies, and special requests in a timely and professional manner. This role ensures that all guest needs are met with efficiency, courtesy, and attention to detail, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromptly deliver guest amenities, linens, and special requests to guest rooms and suites.
Assist in stocking and replenishing amenities on guest floors and in service areas.
Respond to calls from the front desk, housekeeping, or guests regarding requested items.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all deliveries.
Handle guest interactions with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and amenity areas.
Report any guest concerns, maintenance issues, or unusual situations to the supervisor immediately.
Follow all safety, security, and hotel policies and procedures.
Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks as required.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
