Position Summary

We are seeking experienced dishwashers who have both the passion and knowledge to help maintain the cleanliness of our kitchen to join our team at The Jimmy - Pastaria & Pizzeria. This position provides a great opportunity for growth and to learn amazing food. We are looking for people with passion for cooking, who are willing to learn, as well as teach. Pay : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected Hours : 35 45 per week

• Day shift

Service and Maintenance

• Completesopening and closing side work checklist for shift daily.
• Supportsstaff by continually operating the dish washer and washing dishes, utensils,pots, pans, and flatware.
• Cleans andsets up BOH departments including kitchens, trash and maintains dumpster area.
• Setsup service workstations thoroughly and on time and properly uses and maintainsall equipment.
• Communicateswith Chef about stock and orders for chemicals and cleaning supplies.
• Is ateam player; supports and assists your fellow team members whenever possible.
• Completesother duties assigned by management.
• Maintains a clean dishpit.
• Inspectsthe cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment and supplies,ensuring everything complies with standards.
