We are looking for a receptionist/ physiotherapy office assistant to join our clinic. The job consists of administrative and clerical duties. Past experience in a health clinic is an asset but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the booking software (JaneApp) we use.

We are a group of multidisciplinary clinics offering physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, chiropractic and Active rehab services, with clinics all over lower mainland and Fraservalley. Our mission is to provide exceptional experience to our patients, alleviate their physical problems and help them achieve their highest physical potential with treatments, education and physical training.

Job Duties:

Creates a welcoming environment by greeting patients, answering phone calls, and taking messages for practioners.
Creates communicates with ICBC, WSBC, and other insurance providers email, letters, or telephone calls.
Schedules and maintains practioners schedule.
Provides support for teams when necessary.
Communicating, reporting, patient follow up calls.
Must have good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills;
General clinic daily operations, including front end coordination and billing.

Qualification: Grade 12

Job Type: full time and part time both positions available.
Part-time hours: 25 per week

full-time hours: 30-40 per week

Salary: From $20.00 per hour plus vacation pay

Schedule: Full time or Part Time

Evening Shift: Monday to Friday: 2:30pm to 7pm
Saturday: 8am to 2pm

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: ASAP.
