Located in the scenic Northeast Phoenix/Scottsdale area, Sagewood is a premier resort-style senior living community known for its commitment to exceptional hospitality and service. We're currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Concierge to become part of our welcoming team.

Position Details:

• Pay: $18/ hr

• Schedule: ~24 hours per week.

• Monday: 4pm-8pm; Wed: 9am-5pm; Sat: 2pm-8pm; Sun: 8am-2pm

• Location: Sagewood- 4555 E. Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85050

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors courteously
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Coordinate resident transportation and guest suite reservations
• Assist residents with activity and event reservations
• Liaise with security and valet staff to meet resident needs

What We're Looking For:

• Passionate about serving seniors
• Relationship-oriented with strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in your work
• Proficient in MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, and office equipment
• Able to make sound decisions independently
