The Role

The Super 8 by Wyndham Osseo, WI is now seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk to join our team. Please apply online or in-person at the hotel (50663 Oak Grove Rd, Osseo, WI 54758).

What you'll do

• Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record payment information.

• Mitigate customer complaints as needed.

• Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests.

• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs.

• General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date.

You'll be successful if you have

• Customer service experience.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• High School Diploma.

• Customer Service Experience.
