- Handle all guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Complete knowledge of the banquet menu
- Adequate wine and beer knowledge to field questions during service
- Able to work with other servers to execute proper sweep sequence.
- Ability to independently problem solve issues that arise in the banquet event room.
- Works with line staff and kitchen to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Know sequence of service and follow the sequence of service
- Perform any side work task deemed appropriate by the Captains or Managers
- Maintain and follow high safety standards and personal conduct.
- Follow Company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook, to include knowing and following the meal and the rest breaks policies.
