The Sous Chef will help lead the culinary team.
The Sous Chef will work directly with the Executive Chef , and fill in in their absence.
The Sous Chef will ensure quality and consistency of all recipes.
The Sous Chef will help train, mentor and coach .
The Sous Chef will help direct all back of the house activities.
The Sous Chef will ensure all foods leaving the kitchen meet our high standards.
The Sous Chef must be willing to grow professionally.
The Sous Chef must possess solid culinary skills, knife skills , sanitation, storage and receiving , food ordering, menu development,
customer service and employee relation skills.
