Facility Maintenance Technician

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is seeking 3 Facility Maintenance Technicians to support a large property management client with apartment unit turns. This is a short-term, project-based role in a fast-paced environmentideal for individuals experienced in apartment maintenance or related fields.

Schedule & Pay:
Duration: 2-month project
Pay: $20$24 per hour DOE ( Weekly Pay)
Workload: 2226 unit turns per week

Responsibilities:
Perform unit turns for a 200-unit property.
Complete punch list items, including basic repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
Manage 2226 unit turns per week with efficiency and attention to detail.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines.

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in facility, apartment, or property maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., use ladders, and operate hand/power tools.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple unit turns per week.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
