Location: Charlotte NC (South end area) Pay Rate: $15.50/hour Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time, Day Shift) Lifting Requirement: Must be able to lift 35 lbs repeatedly Experience: At least 1 year in janitorial or cleaning services Language Requirement: Must speak English (Bilingual is a plus!)

This is more than just a cleaning job — you’ll be the go-to person keeping high-use areas clean, stocked, and shining all day long. You help make the space work better for everyone!
What You'll Be Doing:Restocking restrooms with essentials and making sure they’re always clean and fresh
Unpacking and putting away supplies – organized spaces start with you!
Pulling trash , vacuuming , dusting , and other general cleaning tasks
Managing high-traffic floors – these spaces get busy, so a strong sense of urgency is key!
Keeping restrooms spotless – we’re all about first impressions
Completing any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor – no two days are exactly the same
You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and LOVE to stay busy
You can lift up to 35 lbs repetitively – those supply boxes won’t move themselves!
You have at least 1 year of janitorial or cleaning experience
You bring a great attitude , strong work ethic, and aren’t afraid to get your hands a little dirty
You’re comfortable in a very active, people-heavy environment – this isn’t a slow-paced role!
