Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Banquet Bartenders to join us at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Banquet Bartenders are responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at banquets and events in a responsible manner, while providing an excellent guest experience at all times.

What will you do?- Receives drink orders from patrons or servers
- Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer, or draws draught beer
- Enters drink orders into the point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks served
- Completes the Daily Bar Sales Report accurately
- Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
- Cleans, maintains, and stores bar and cocktail area and bar stock; keeps area clean of glassware
- Prepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as needed
- Performs opening, closing, and additional work duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- One year of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment is preferred
- Ability to complete and maintain an alcohol service certificate
- Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately total guest checks
- Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
- Verbal communication skills, listening skills, the ability to take beverage orders, and fill those orders correctly
- Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift
- Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
- Bar environment noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
