Front Desk Concierge in DTLA - Hiring ASAP

We are currently hiring a personable, detail-oriented individual for a Part-Time (weekends only) Front Desk Concierge position. If you have a background in customer service, front office, or hospitality & looking for a weekend job, wed love to meet you!

What Youll Do:

-Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
-Respond to resident inquiries, requests, and amenity concerns efficiently and kindly
-Manage visitor check-ins, deliveries, and amenity reservations
-Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and welcoming
-Communicate with building management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
-Log activities, visitor interactions, and important updates with accuracy
-Maintain awareness of building policies and basic safety procedures

What Were Looking For:

-Prior experience in a front desk, office receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills youre the first impression of the building
-Comfortable using email, basic software systems, and maintaining records
-Professional appearance and a friendly, confident presence
-Reliable, punctual, and MUST be available on weekends
-Calm and collected in handling occasional resident concerns or unexpected situations
