Role Overview

As the Housekeeper, youall have a big mission. If you choose to accept it, your mission will be to maintain the condition of the common interior/amenity areas of the property.A Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily upkeep (cleaning and sanitizing) of all common/amenity areas, office, clubhouse, models, laundry rooms.A A
• Follows and maintains the interior maintenance programs and schedules established within the company as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager.A A A A A A A A A A A A
• Reviews housekeeping work order priorities with the Maintenance Supervisor at the beginning and end of each day.A A
• Responsible for the maintenance and security of all property-issued tools.A A A A A A A A A A A A
• Assists with cleaning vacant apartments as assigned in the Mobile Maintenance Platform.A A A A A A A A A A A A
• Ensures all trash from apartments is cleaned out before, during and after make-ready activity.A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A
• Assists with the identification and correction of hazardous community conditions.A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A
• Communicate supply needs to Service Manager or Community Manager.A A A A A A A A A A A A A A
• Post notices to vacate and other community communication, if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.

You Have

• Previous knowledge/experience of residential housekeeping and janitorial functions.A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A
• Working knowledge of basic interior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment.A A A A A A A
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions. A A A A A A A A A

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (work schedule may vary). Some overtime may be required and ability to work extended hours including aon-calla and/or participate in a rotating aon-calla schedule as needed to meet business needs.
