Receptionist/Secretary Properties by Landmark, Inc. - Port Angeles, WA
Must have good phone etiquette with a friendly voice and able to triage situations quickly.
Must have a good base of computer skills and knowledge of excel spreadsheets.
Must be a self starter and work independently.
Must be able to work with office staff as each have independent ways of following through with their specific office.
Must work well the public and inter office staff needs.
Duties include but not limited to:
Answering phones and manning the reception desk with particular focus on assigning clients to their particular staff office.
Collecting and ledgering accounts receivable with support to bookkeeping.
Ordering office supply and inventory.
Keeping the front office tidy, performing some light housekeeping needs.
