Chevy Chase Club Culinary Department
Compensation: $20.00$22.00 per hour

Chevy Chase Club, one of the nations premier private clubs, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Line Cook to join our casual dining restaurant team. This position is ideal for a culinary professional who enjoys working in a collaborative kitchen environment and takes pride in preparing high-quality meals for our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation at all times.
• Work efficiently with the culinary team to support smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures.
• Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and closing duties as needed.

Candidate Qualities

• Strong culinary skills with prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Responsible, dependable, and arrives on time.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Compensation: $20.00$22.00 per hour, based on experience. Weekly Pay
