Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Membership Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized self-starter who thrives on taking initiative, generating new ideas, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Membership Coordinator/Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring seamless communication, personalized support, and a high level of satisfaction throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for members, providing prompt and professional support.
- Manage and maintain accurate member records using CRM software.
- Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance the member experience.
- Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Organize and oversee membership communications, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Assist in planning and coordinating member events, programs, and initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and support overall organizational goals.
- Track and report membership trends, engagement, and feedback to leadership.
Qualifications & Characteristics
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong ideation and creativity skills, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in software systems, particularly CRM platforms.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in membership services, hospitality, or client relations preferred.
