What You'll Do

Your mission: deliver move-in ready units and spotless common areas. No two days are alike, but here's what you'll take on:

• Perform complete turnover cleans for vacant units, ensuring every detail is move-in ready

• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, and fixtures

• Wipe, polish, and sanitize glass, railings, ledges, and high-touch areas

• Keep stairwells, entryways, and gangways spotless for great first impressions

• Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect with accuracy and care

• Swap lightbulbs, check smoke detectors, and handle small on-the-spot fixes

• Flag minor property issues and report them before they become bigger problems

• Document your work with notes/photos and keep dispatch updated

• Work independently, staying efficient and consistent while moving property to property

What You Bring

At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (2-5 years preferred)

Familiarity with cleaning supplies, tools, and chemicals (and safe handling)

The ability to balance speed and quality-you know how to be thorough without wasting time

A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Flexibility to work across residential homes, multi-units, and common areas

A strong eye for detail-you notice the little things others don't

A can-do attitude-you take ownership and find solutions instead of excuses
