What You'll Do: Set up banquet rooms and service areas according to event plans (BEOs). Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, efficient food and beverage service. Deliver meals, beverages, and accompaniments to tables and stations. Replenish buffet items, clear courses, and ensure tables remain clean and presentable. Work as part of the banquet team to execute events smoothly and on time. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure overall satisfaction. Break down banquet setups and return service items to the proper areas. What You Bring: 1-2 years of banquet, catering, or upscale dining service experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
