Priority Toyota in Chesapeake, Virginia, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is looking for a friendly, professional Service Lane Greeter to be the first smiling face our customers see! If youre outgoing, customer-focused, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

What Youll Do:

• Welcome customers as they arrive for service and guide them through the check-in process

• Safely move, park, and direct customer vehicles in designated areas to ensure an organized and efficient service flow

• Assist with answering basic service questions and directing customers to the right team members

• Help maintain a clean, organized service area

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, can-do attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly, approachable demeanor

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• A team player who thrives in a customer service role

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
