Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Supervise front of house staff and provide guidance and support as needed
• Maintain high standards of guest service and quality of service
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee food preparation, handling, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Skills:

• Restaurant management experience
• Strong guest service skills
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
• Experience with cost management and inventory control

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in retail management
• Proficiency in cash handling and reimbursement processes
• Experience with staffing and interviewing

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $32,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $42,000.00
