Hey t, Wee to the Sesame Collective!

Dolly Olive & Bar Dolly are looking for a bartender to join the team!

This is a flexible position that may require multiple roles, but will be focusing on bartending. The ideal candidate is friendly and has strong collaboration skills. They are consistent in their work, and are self-motivated/directed when working independently. Additionally, they are someone who is passionate about great food, outstanding hospitality, positive leadership, and is excited to support both the FOH and BOH teams. All tips are pooled, and tips are divided equally amongst all FOH positions by hours worked.

**Saturday - Tuesday or Friday - Monday availability is a must

Additionally you have:

3+ years experience working in the FOH

2+ years bartending experience

Positivemunication skills, both written and spoken

Excellentanizational and time management skills

Ability to walk, stand, push, pull, and lift 50 lbs regularly

Food Handlers and OLCC licenses

Experience using Toast and OpenTable a bonus, but not required

What You ll Do:

Provide excellent hospitality in a variety of positions within the restaurant

Adaptability in role: we work collaboratively in order to provide outstanding service

Efficiently open and close the dining areas within the restaurant

Ad to cleanliness and safety procedures/protocols set by the team leadership

Foster relationships with our guests to create meaningful dining experiences
