This is not a professional staffing role, but an opportunity to support our group in a beautiful setting while ensuring our time together is enjoyable and stress-free. Work Hours: - Friday, September 12: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Saturday, September 13: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Responsibilities include: - Setting up for mealtimes - Heating food (oven/stovetop, instructions provided) - Serving meals and drinks - Cleaning up after meals and activities (including dishes) - Packing snacks on Saturday - Greeting deliveries or arriving guests as needed - Keeping d areas tidy and refreshed (kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces) - Assisting with light food and beverage presentation (snack boards, coffee/tea service) - Helping keep the weekend lively and running smoothly - Running occasional errands (not anticipated but possible) Ideal candidate: - Has some prior serving, hospitality, or caretaking experience - Enjoys supporting others and creating a welcoming atmosphere - Has excellent attention to detail - Is self-motivated and proactive, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance the guest experience There will be some downtime between tasks, and you are welcome to enjoy the Afton scenery or relax with your own independent activity during that time.
