Part-time Barista's for our San Antonio location!

Location: St. Paul Square, San Antonio, TX

Hours: Flexible schedule, with confirmed availability on Tuesdays and Sunday at a minimum.

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable barista to join the El Tigre family! As a Barista, you will be the face of our new cafe , crafting delicious coffee and tea beverages while ensuring every guest feels weed. This role offers the opportunity for flexible part-time schedules, and you'll work closely with the team to deliver a memorable coffeehouse experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and other beverage items accurately and efficiently

Operate espresso machines, coffee brewers, and related equipment with care

Maintain a clean andanized work area, including equipment and customer seating spaces

Greet customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide rmendations

Handle cash and card transactions quickly and accurately

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth caf operations

Ad to food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not required (we offer on-the-job training)

Strong customer service andmunication skills

Passionate about coffee, tea, and creating exceptional guest experiences

Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment

Flexible schedule, including weekend availability
