Hey!

Panther Club is a classy cocktail bar in SE Portland. Since opening in January of 2025, we have focused on providing top-notch food, craft cocktails, fine wines and excellent service. Depending on the night, we are either an intimate date night destination and service industry hang, OR a high-volume club packed full of a few hundred thirsty guests dancing to loud music.

At this moment, we are looking to offer a great opportunity to an experienced bartender. Our ideal candidate has years of experience creating craft cocktails recipes, providing personal and engaging levels of service and being able to handle high volume services withoutpromising quality.

This is not a starter bar. We are a tight knit crew of industry vets with big ambitions and big personalities, and hopefully you are too. Bad attitudes need not .

Shifts are long: sometimes up to 10 hours, and require someone who can confidently run a solo shift when needed and maintain a high standard. All candidates must be able to stay on their feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbsfortably. Must have valid OLCC and food handlers. Please include documentation of these and any additional certifications in your application.

Pay is $16.30/ hr + tips along with a shift drink and shift meal. Other perks include a 50% discount at Panther Club, 25% off food items at ChefStable restaurants, and access to a private gym.
