Bougie Gougies makes an appetizer that ships as frozen dough (think frozen cookie dough) direct to consumer and wholesale nationwide.
We are looking to add a a dough scooper and dishwasher. Coverage is needed 3days per week. This is a set schedule on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday during the day. We work out of a dmercial kitchen in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities are the following:
Dishwashing cookware and utensils.
Scooping the dough and freezing it. This is very repetitive and 90% of the job;
Packaging dough into its product packaging
Clean as you go and keep a clean andanized work station at all times
Ensuring quality control of ingredients and making sure that t is no spoilage
Communicating with supervisors
Treat all others respectfully and with kindness
Requirements:
Ability to Work Friday days through Monday Days
Up to date Washington Food Handlers Card
Fluent in English
Minimum of High School diploma or GED
Some experience making pastry dough or willing to learn quickly
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long hours
