Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to restaurant standards

Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines

Maintain a clean andanized kitchen workspace

Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are always followed

Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily kitchen duties

Qualifications:

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Goodmunication and teamwork skills

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
