We're searching for an energetic and experienced Front of House Manager who s our passion for exceptional service, team building, and the art of wine. If you thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and bring a positive, collaborative spirit, you'll feel right at home .

Your Role in Our Story (Responsibilities & Qualifications)

* Inspire & Lead: Take charge of our FOH team from hiring and training to scheduling and coaching empowering them to deliver their best. You'll be a mentor, fostering a cohesive and high-performing group of servers, hosts, bussers, and bar staff.

* Elevate the Guest Experience: Be the face of Gino's, building rapport with our wonderful, long-time customers and ensuring every interaction is memorable. You'll expertly navigate guest needs, turning challenges into opportunities for five-star service.

* Master the Flow: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing, efficient service flow, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and product quality. You'll manage FOH inventory, cash handling, and contribute to seamless scheduling.

* Event Planning & Coordination: Play a key role in event planning and management, including the creation of invoices and maintaining a structured system for event documentation and follow-up.

* Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with our Back of House team. We operate as one unit, supporting each other to create a fantastic dining experience. You'll jump in to solve problems on the fly, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted service.

What You Bring to the Table

* 4+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting.

* At least 1 year in a supervisory/management role leading FOH teams.

* Demonstrated European wine knowledge and a thirst for continuous learning.

* Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

* Exceptionalmunication and problem-solving skills.

* Experience with event planning and coordination, including invoicing and system maintenance.

* Familiarity with 7shifts, Google Suite, SpotHopper web services, and VersiPOS is a significant plus.

* Upscale restaurant host and/or bartending experience is a plus.

* Flexibility to work 4-5 dinner services per week, primarily evening hours.
