Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas including sinks, floors, and trash bins

Restock clean items to appropriate stations and storage areas

Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as needed (e.g., chopping, organizing supplies)

Monitor dishwashing equipment for proper operation and report any issues to management

Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic work environment

Support kitchen staff during busy hours by keeping dish flow smooth and timely

Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling when applicable

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
