We're looking for Server/Bartender with weekend availability. Saturday and Sunday brunches are non-negotiable! 2-3 shifts a week to start.
We are a tip pool house, tips range from $24-$28/hr.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
A true desire to nurture the needs of our guests
A passion for hospitality
Experience with hosting platforms (Open Table, Resy, Tock, etc.)
Hosting will be a part of your training
Refined verbalmunication skills
A minimum of 3 years experience in a full-service / high-volume restaurant as both a server & bartender
You will also be cross trained to work in our upstairs Private Dining Room for Private Events. Fine dining experience is a plus!
Classic cocktail knowledge (you know standard builds of popular classics (Negroni, Old Fashioned, Daiquiri, Margarita, Boulevardier, etc.)
Strong knowledge of PNW produce & ingredients, old world & natural wines, spirits
A desire to help curate our cocktail program
Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
Clean work habits and personal grooming
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability tomunicate and collaborate effectively
A desire to grow and take constructive feedback
Clearly articulate dishes, ingredients, allergens, and all other pertinent information to guests & BOH team
Accurately input items into the POS (we use Toast) and course items mindfully
Partake in stocking, cleaning, inventory, and general maintenance/upkeep of our space
