Prima FOH Support Staff

Prima , a swanky new Italian steakhouse concept in Charlestown, is looking for hard working, enthusiastic, team-oriented barbacks , bussers and food runners to join our team! We are a high-volume restaurant serving rustic Italian, housemade pasta, luxury cuts of steak and chops, and creative cocktails, beer, and wine.

Ideal candidates have a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, a desire to work collaboratively with various other staff members, and the ability to lift a certain amount of weight and work on their feet for 8+ hours. Candidates must possess strong organization skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, problem solving skills, punctuality, and a guest-first mindset. Barbacks should be prepared to work late hours on nights and weekends, often starting in the afternoon and going well into the night until closing and cleaning is complete.
