Schedule: 6:00 AM start time, MondayFriday

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a long-term contract role in Warren, MI. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems to ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, HVAC, electrical, and facility equipment.
• Dismantle machinery and equipment to access and address problem areas.
• Perform light repairs on company vehicles, Hi-Lo equipment, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct daily inspections of overhead cranes and other critical equipment.
• Replace light bulbs inside and outside the building, including parking lot fixtures.
• Perform building maintenance, including windows, doors, floors, and office furniture adjustments.
• Assist with moving office walls and furniture as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, including wearing PPE and completing training.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant maintenance or facility support experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
