Purchasing/Receptionist to work Monday - Friday, Full-time position, 12-month position, 261 days/year.
The job of a Purchasing/Receptionist is to greet all visitors, determine their needs, and direct or escort them to the proper person. Answer office telephone and respond appropriately to requests for information. Process purchase orders and assist with maintaining accounts payable and purchasing files.
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and courteously in stressful situations
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere
Good clerical and computer skills; ability to effectively utilize office technology
Current Act 34, 114, and 151 clearances are required.
